I made my first live mask about 30 years ago. I had no idea at that time of how the mask would weave itself through my life. That particular mask is in a collection in Japan. My work with masking has led me to acquiring a variety of masking techniques and personal involvement in Council of All Beings, where my maskmaking workshop has been the vehicle for participants to choose and develop the animal they are to represent during acknowledgement of all creatures worth.

I present workshops for aduldts and children, often working with educators from different fields, counselors, performers and therapist. Most participants desire to have fun while exploring their own masking for personal, symbolic, theratrical or celebratory and therapeutic purposes.
